Join our well known busy client and become part of a team that works together to provide the best quick service, family restaurant experience - by far. As a Customer Care Assistant you will be the face of the restaurant. Responsibilities will involve:

  • Making children feel welcome
  • Handing out balloons
  • Looking after customers specific needs
  • Keeping high standard of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets
  • Helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers at all times and to keep the Manager informed about customer satisfaction
  • Taking part in the planning and implementation of children's parties, coffee mornings, children's competitions and other special events organised by your restaurant

Position attributes:

  • Confident in approaching and dealing with diverse groups of people
  • Working well in a team
  • Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact
  • Understanding the importance of maintaining high standards of service as well as cleanliness
  • The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both productively and efficiently
  • Appearance should be smart and clean

Fully Flexible

Starting pay rate:

Age 16 - 17 - £7.60

Age 18 - 20 - £7.60

Age 21 - 24 - £8.00

Age 25 + - £8.00

An extra £2.00 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am.
