Permanent full-time position
Salary £18,000 to £25,000.
Based in Burnley but covering East Lancashire.

We are now supporting more people and businesses than ever before and the Recruitment Co-ordinator will play a key role in helping us to develop our free and unique recruitment service throughout Lancashire.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment experience gained ideally from either an agency or in-house recruitment team.
Purpose of the role
To co-ordinate the end to end recruitment service, operating as the go-to person for all internal, employer and applicant enquiries. You will work closely with internal teams to source and place candidates into vacancies.
Liaise with recruiting organisations including employers and recruitment agencies.
Promote the free recruitment service through a range of activities including researching organisations, social media, attending jobs fairs, telephone, email and networking.
Write job adverts and circulate vacancies across the Vedas network to attract suitable applicants. Identify candidates within the talent pool database.
Screen applicants, submit to client contacts and arrange interviews.
Support occasional workshops / job assessments / recruitment days for specific campaigns or events.
