Position: Planning and Support Team Assistant
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Mon – Fri | 9am-5pm | 35 hours per week
Salary: Dependent on experience
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen within the planning & support team at Burnley based company. This junior role is ideal for those looking for a career change with a flexible outlook and being able to fit in to the current office routines and processes.
As a member of the Planning & Support Team, your duties will include;
• answering the telephone
• arranging inspections with customers
• dealing with enquiries
• data entry onto case management system
• invoicing and sending reports to customers
• operating a diary system.
As the first point of customer contact, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate a polite and professional manner.
This role is very varied and full training and support will be provided. You must be computer literate, hardworking, willing to work flexibly under your own initiative, and as part of a team. Speed and accuracy in your work is central to the success of the team’s work.
The ideal candidate will be: Customer focused, possess excellent attention to detail, be a team player and confident in managing multiple tasks to achieve deadlines. Whilst experience in a customer-focused environment is desirable, the important thing is to be flexible and open to fitting in with the current office environment, routines and processes.
This is a temporary to permanent position working 35 hours per week between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
